This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning specialist law firm with an excellent reputation for Court of Protection work. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit solicitors at both junior and senior levels to join its highly regarded team.

Your new role
You'll handle a varied caseload of Court of Protection and deputyship matters, advising vulnerable clients and their families on issues arising under the Mental Capacity Act. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, complex cases and excellent career development opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in Court of Protection work, ranging from NQ level through to approximately 8 years' PQE. The firm is keen to speak with both junior solicitors looking to build upon existing experience and more senior practitioners capable of managing complex deputyship matters. You should possess excellent client care and communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable clients and their families.
