Quest Search & Selection are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager Designate to join a leading global lifestyle brand.

The role will be based within a Manchester & Greater Manachester while also providing leadership and operational support across locations in the area when required.

Key responsibilities of this Deputy Manager Designate:

• Lead, motivate and support the team to deliver consistently high levels of customer service and a strong in-store experience.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Help drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance, while maintaining strong operational and compliance standards.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, support and on-the-job guidance.
• Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock management and day-to-day store operations.
• Support the delivery of store targets and wider commercial objectives.
• Ensure all administration, cash handling, stock control, health & safety and compliance procedures are completed accurately and consistently.

To be successful in your application for this Deputy Manager Designate:

• Ideally, previous experience as a Department Manager, Deputy Manager, Floor Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor within a customer-focused environment.
• Happy to travel aroudn the Greater Manchester areas including City Centre, Trafford, Altrincham, Warrington, Bolton etc.
• Experience within fashion, retail, hospitality or another premium customer-facing sector.
• Flexible and willing to travel and work across Central London, including covering absences, supporting new store openings and providing additional support across locations when required.
• Strong operational, stock management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working with customers, colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Good IT and systems skills, with the ability to learn and use relevant retail and operational systems effectively.
