Unlike many agencies, we have a dedicated bookings team supporting our workers seven days a week.

Many private hospital requirements begin as individual shifts. However, once a Theatre Practitioner, Scrub Practitioner, Anaesthetic Practitioner, Recovery Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant demonstrates strong performance, hospitals frequently continue to request that individual for future work.

This creates opportunities for regular bookings and ongoing relationships with hospitals across the country.

Important Information

• All Ramsay Healthcare and Spire Healthcare assignments are PAYE only.
• Shifts are submitted through client booking portals and are not directly allocated by Trident Healthcare Solutions.
• Hospitals review submitted candidates and make the final booking decision.
• Once a clinician becomes known to a hospital and receives positive feedback, acceptance rates often increase significantly, leading to more regular work and repeat bookings.
• Our dedicated bookings team is available 7 days a week to support you.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months recent UK Theatre experience
• Valid NMC or HCPC registration
• Experience working as a Theatre Practitioner, Scrub Practitioner, Recovery Practitioner, Anaesthetic Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
