Revenue Controller - #2155728

We're working with a leading UK law firm looking to recruit an experienced Revenue Controller to join its Finance team. Based in Manchester, this hybrid role offers three days in the office and two days working from home, with a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

Supporting a portfolio of approximately 20-22 Partners across Real Estate and Dispute Resolution, this is a highly Partner-facing position focused on billing and WIP management. You'll be responsible for leading WIP meetings, driving matters through the billing cycle and working closely with Partners to effectively manage their portfolios.

We're keen to speak with experienced Revenue Controllers who have a strong legal billing background and are confident working directly with Partners within a law firm environment. This is not a step-up opportunity; our client is seeking an established Revenue Controller who can hit the ground running.

Key requirements:

• Proven Revenue Control experience within a law firm

• Strong legal billing background

• Experience leading WIP meetings with Partners

• Strong WIP management experience

• Elite 3E experience is essential

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to influence and challenge senior fee earners where required
