Your new role

This corporate/commercial solicitor role will see you handle a range of M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. You will also advise on commercial matters too, including terms and conditions, service level agreements, partnership agreements and data protection matters. The team acts for an established client list and you can expect to enjoy plenty of client contact. There is real scope to get involved in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate and commercial lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 5 years' PQE. If you are a newly qualified, you should have gained significant corporate/commercial experience during your training contract and potentially also as a paralegal.
