Junior Business Analyst (Data) - #2154829

6-month contract | £300-£340 per day | Outside IR35 (Remote)

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Business Analyst to join a large-scale business transformation programme for an initial 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their Business Analysis career in a role combining stakeholder engagement, data analysis, reporting and process improvement.

Working with stakeholders across the business, you will help understand requirements, analyse information and turn business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops and interviews

• Translating requirements into user stories, process maps and clear business outcomes

• Analysing data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities

• Supporting the creation of reports and dashboards

• Presenting data and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Supporting process improvement and wider transformation activity

We are looking for someone with strong communication and stakeholder skills who is comfortable working with data and has a genuine interest in business transformation.

You may have gained your experience through a Junior BA position, graduate role, placement, internship, contract assignment or relevant project experience.

You will need to be proactive, analytical and confident engaging with stakeholders, with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Contract: 6 months initially
Rate: £300-£340 per day
IR35: Outside IR35
