We are working with a well-established and reputable Social Housing Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos - the company genuinely value their staff and treat their employees well and as such have great staff retention rates. The company work across several framework schemes and have recently been awarded a new contract to work in Manchester on a re-roofing contract to tenanted Social Housing properties. They also have a position available to work on a kitchen and bathroom replacement work stream.

As a result, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes (planned maintenance).

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £45-47k (depending on experience) plus car allowance and other benefits
