Group Reporting Manager / Manchester (Hybrid) / Salary £70,000-£75,000

Accountable Recruitment have the pleasure of supporting our client with the recruitment of a Group Reporting Manager into their growing finance team. We're looking for an ambitious and technically strong Group Reporting Manager who will report directly into an impressive Group Financial Controller. This is a high-profile role with exposure across the Group and excellent progression opportunities within a fast-growing international business.

The role will take ownership of the Group's financial reporting and consolidation processes, while supporting key strategic activities including acquisitions, tax reporting, and both internal and external stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process.
• Prepare group financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
• Support the delivery of statutory accounts and external reporting requirements.
• Manage reporting requirements relating to acquisitions and business integration activities.
• Coordinate group tax reporting and compliance activities with internal and external advisors.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls and governance.
• Manage and develop a small team.

Key skills

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) with an Audit background.

• Strong technical accounting and reporting experience.
• Experience of group consolidations and external reporting.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
