Revit MEP Coordinator - #2154551

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join an established team working on a portfolio of high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.

The workload includes projects connected with major cities across the UK, Europe and Middle East, offering exposure to an unusual and technically interesting project portfolio.

The preference is for someone who can be based in the Manchester office five days per week, although there is scope for hybrid working longer term. This is an initial three-month contract and is Outside IR35.

The Role

You'll be involved in:

• Coordinating MEP services using Revit
• Producing and managing coordinated Revit MEP models
• Supporting Building Services design across major infrastructure projects
• Coordinating mechanical and electrical services within complex building environments
• Identifying and resolving coordination issues
• Working closely with engineers, designers and wider project teams
• Maintaining accurate model and project information
• Supporting projects across the UK, Europe and Middle East

What They're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM/MEP Coordinator
• Confident user of Revit MEP
• Strong MEP coordination experience
• Building Services project experience
• Ability to coordinate complex building services layouts
• Good technical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills
• Ideally able to work from the Manchester office five days per week, although hybrid working can be considered
