Corporate Insolvency Administrator - #2153882

Location: Manchester

Working arrangement: Office-based preferred, with the possibility of hybrid working

An expanding firm of corporate insolvency specialists is seeking an Insolvency Administrator to join its Manchester team. The firm welcomes applications from candidates with corporate insolvency experience and from experienced IVA administrators looking to move into corporate work.

The successful candidate will support a varied caseload and work closely with senior colleagues and Insolvency Practitioners. This is a good opportunity to build broad corporate insolvency experience within a growing practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
• Preparing statutory documents, reports, correspondence and case records.
• Liaising with directors, creditors, employees and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing creditor claims and supporting asset realisations and distributions.
• Carrying out case investigations and gathering relevant financial information.
• Monitoring case progress, deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Working with managers and Insolvency Practitioners to resolve case issues and progress matters efficiently.

You will have experience administering insolvency cases and be confident handling a range of casework, deadlines and stakeholder enquiries. Corporate insolvency experience would be welcome, but the firm will also consider an administrator with a broad IVA background who is motivated to develop a career in corporate insolvency.

You should be organised, accurate and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong written communication and a willingness to learn new procedures are essential.

The firm would ideally like the successful candidate to be based in its Manchester office. Hybrid working may be possible, depending on experience and the needs of the role.
