Are you an experienced recruiter who wants the freedom to run your own desk without the cost and pressure of setting up a recruitment business from scratch?

CES Group is looking for experienced, motivated Recruitment Consultants to join us on a self-employed, commission-only basis.

You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own specialist market, build your own client and candidate relationships and manage your desk in the way that works for you — while operating under an established recruitment business with the infrastructure and support already in place.

Who we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally have previous 360 recruitment experience and be confident developing new business, managing client relationships and sourcing candidates.

This opportunity would particularly suit an experienced recruiter who is tired of traditional agency life, wants greater flexibility, or has considered working for themselves but would prefer the backing of an established recruitment business.

You’ll need to be self-motivated, commercially minded and comfortable working independently.
