IOS Developer
Location: Manchester (2 days per week in-office)
Type of role- 6 Month Contract to begin with Potential extension

Client engineering team in Manchester. You'll be taking ownership of our flagship iOS app, building clean, scalable architecture, and collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams to deliver slick user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Build & Scale: Architect, write, and maintain robust, high-performance Swift code for our native iOS application.
• Product Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate feature ideas into intuitive mobile experiences.
• Refine & Optimise: Drive continuous improvements in app performance, code quality, testing coverage, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Problem Solve: Debug complex technical issues, eliminate performance bottlenecks, and keep our tech stack modern and maintainable.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in native iOS development using Swift and modern frameworks (SwiftUI, Combine, or UIKit).
• A solid grasp of architectural patterns (MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture) and writing unit/UI tests.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working within an Agile/Scrum delivery framework.
• Familiarity with Apple's design guidelines, HIG, and the App Store submission process.

Bonus Points

• Product-Led Experience: Prior experience working in a fast-paced product-based company, SaaS business, or high-growth startup is a huge plus.
