Project Manager Construction Consultancy - #2152974

A leading global property consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join its established Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work across a varied portfolio of property and construction projects while benefiting from the resources and progression opportunities of a major multidisciplinary consultancy.

The Project Manager will deliver projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal property specialists. This Project Manager opportunity would suit an ambitious Project Manager looking to broaden their experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and other property sectors. The successful Project Manager will be given responsibility for their own commissions while receiving support from experienced senior colleagues.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will manage projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and completion.

The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage programmes and risk, support procurement, oversee contract administration, chair meetings, and provide clear project reporting to clients.

As the Project Manager develops, they will have the opportunity to take on increasingly complex commissions and build long-term relationships with key clients.

• Prior construction consultancy experience
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or actively working towards chartership
• Experience delivering property or construction projects
• Good knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Commercially aware with strong organisation skills
