We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a supportive, energetic, and enthusiastic team based in the city centre.

The Purchase Ledger clerk will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, maintaining strong relationships and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounts payable function.

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
• Prepare supplier payment runs.
• Maintain supplier accounts and records.
• Assist with month-end finance tasks.
• Provide general support to the finance team.
