Sales Support Executive – IT Solutions

Manchester | Office-based | Up to £35,000

Fazer Recruitment is working with a well-established IT solutions provider to hire a Sales Support Executive for its Manchester office. You'll work closely with the UK leadership and Account Management team, supporting deals from first enquiry through to delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in technology sales. For the right person, there is a clear route into a Pre-Sales position.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting Account Managers across the full sales cycle, from enquiry to order fulfilment
• Preparing accurate quotations in line with pricing and commercial guidelines
• Liaising with distributors, manufacturers and partners on pricing, availability and lead times
• Tracking orders and keeping customers and internal teams updated
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email, including delivery queries and returns
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
• Working with purchasing and operations to make sure orders ship on time

What we're looking for

• Experience in sales support, inside sales or a customer-facing commercial role
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities
• Confident, professional phone and written communication
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
• Microsoft Office skills (365)
• CRM experience (desirable)
• Some knowledge of IT products and solutions (desirable, but a genuine interest counts)
