Electrical Maintenance/Small Works Contract Manager - #2152054

We are looking for an experienced Small Works Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical small works projects across a range of client sites.

The role will involve managing the day-to-day operation of the small works function, coordinating engineers, managing workloads and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical small works projects from start to completion.

• Coordinate field engineers, scheduling, workloads and resource allocation.

• Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed on time and to the required standard.

• Liaise with clients, providing updates and resolving any issues.

• Monitor budgets, performance and KPIs to ensure commercial targets are met.

• Review engineers' reports and identify/pricing remedial works.

• Monitor client portals and ensure all job and compliance information is kept up to date.

• Prepare reports and documentation relating to completed works.

• Ensure all works comply with health & safety requirements and industry standards.

• Support and develop engineers to maintain safe and productive working practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing electrical small works or similar service-based projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and building services.

• Experience coordinating engineers and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.

• Strong commercial and organisational skills.

• Confident dealing directly with clients and managing relationships.

• Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.

• Full UK driving licence.
