The Role

You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the North West.

Key Responsibilities

General property maintenance and repairs.

Tapering, jointing and carpentry work.

Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.

Install and replace fixtures and fittings.

Carry out building inspections and routine maintenance.

Respond to maintenance requests promptly.

Keep accurate maintenance records.

Work closely with colleagues, property managers and tenants.

Maintain safe and tidy working areas.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in property maintenance, handyman or similar role.

Good all-round maintenance skills.

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Full UK driving licence and own transport.

Own tools required.

Willing to travel across the North West.

Cladding experience desirable.
