Now looking for them an Area Sales Manager in Water Technologies. Role is home based. Covering NE England and Yorkshire

Interviews are being held Monday 12th October and Thursday 15th October on site at Manchester.

Salary is £45,000 to £55,000, plus vehicle allowance and sales bonus of up to 50% of their basic salary. Company cars outside of the electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes are not offered,

Your role:

We are seeking an additional territory-based Area Sales Manager to cover Yorkshire / North East England, you will be required to live on patch.

As part of the Water Technologies division, the role involves gene-rating new business for companies pre-insulated district heating pipework solutions to contractors, wholesalers, building services consultants and clients.

You will be responsible for meeting sales and profitability targets, ensuring regular planning and reporting is maintained.

Success in this role requires the ability to understand and interpret customer needs, adopt a disciplined approach to prospecting and follow-up, and effectively utilise CRM systems to track customer and competitor insights.

Your profile:

You will have proven sales experience within the construction industry, including strong experience of dealing with specifiers

and contractors (mechanical / utility). As the role will involve training and supporting contractors on site with our district heating pipework, site experience is essential. Experience in district heating projects or low carbon heating is desired but not essential for the role.

As a target-driven and naturally engaging individual, you excel in building relationships and enjoy regular customer interaction.

The successful candidate will have a structured approach to the role, be well organised, be an excellent communicator, as well as having confidence in delivering technical presentations.
