Housing Administrator - #2150252

BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Administrator to work in the Manchester area.

Your role will be to support the Housing team by providing admin support across various tasks.

Main duties include but are not limited too;

• Record, log, triage and process reports of anti-social behaviour, environmental issues, and community safety concerns

• Help to gather and review evidence e.g reviewing CCTV footage, noise recordings, diary sheets, logging case chronologies

• Help with preparing cases for legal action and court proceedings by carrying out any admin functions. 

• Support with deliver community safety events , door-knocking exercises, or complete customer  surveys

This role is 35 hours per week.

This will be delivered over 5 days, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am till 5pm

Hybrid working is available

This is FTC for 6 months

Pay rate- starting from £14.30ph up too £18.40ph
