This is an opportunity to join a private-equity-backed financial-advice business at an exciting stage of growth. As a Financial Services Case Analyst, you’ll manage a busy caseload and work with pension-provider information and customer documentation. You’ll take complex detail and turn it into accurate, structured case evaluations that support important customer decisions.

This is a case-analysis role rather than a data or MI position. You will not be building dashboards or working with large, unstructured datasets. Instead, you’ll review individual cases within a clear, regulated framework — applying defined processes, identifying missing information and ensuring every evaluation is complete, accurate and compliant. This is a fully office-based role in a high-spec, prestigious city-centre workspace. As a fast-growing, ambitious business, the team works closely together day to day: sharing knowledge, solving problems quickly and building the culture and processes that will support the next phase of growth.

You do not need previous pensions experience. We’re keen to hear from people with backgrounds in claims handling, mortgage case management, underwriting, insurance analysis, financial services, legal services or other regulated, process-driven environments.

Package & Benefits

• Salary of £30,000–£32,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer cases, ensuring each is progressed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Review provider information, policy details, customer data and supporting documentation.
• Assess information against defined processes, quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies and actions required to progress a case.
• Produce clear, structured case evaluations and regulated reports.
• Apply established criteria consistently across each case.
• Keep cases moving by working with providers and internal colleagues where required.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and customer service.
• Use systems, automation and technology effectively to manage workload and support process improvement.

About You

• Experience in a busy, process-driven or regulated environment.
• Background in claims handling, mortgage administration, underwriting, insurance, financial services, legal services or professional services would be highly relevant.
• Comfortable managing a high caseload while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Confident reviewing documentation, investigating discrepancies and working with detailed case information.
• You do not need to be a data analyst or have advanced technical-data skills; you do need to be comfortable applying structured processes and making accurate decisions within a regulated framework.
• Strong numerical ability, organisational skills and clear communication.
• Motivated to build a long-term career in financial services.
