Agency Resource Manager - Remote - #2149595

£40,000-£45,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance | Remote / Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced Agency Resource Manager to take ownership of workforce planning, agency resourcing and operational delivery.

You'll:

• Manage daily agency resource and workforce allocation.

• Use JoinedUp or similar VMS platforms to manage bookings, shifts, timesheets and compliance.

• Manage client, agency and candidate relationships.

• Monitor resource levels, performance and service delivery.

• Ensure temporary workers meet compliance requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.

• Resolve operational and resourcing issues quickly.

You'll bring:

• Experience in agency resource, workforce management, temporary staffing or MSP/VMS environments.

• Experience with JoinedUp, Sirenum, VectorVMS or similar.

• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

• A commercial, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
