The Role:

We're looking for a highly hands-on Paid Media Manager to take ownership of our paid media strategy, performance and day-to-day execution across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest. This is a key role within the business, sitting at the heart of our commercial, creative and e-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day management of paid media across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest.

• Build, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Paid Social, Search, Shopping and Performance Max.

• Manage budgets and pacing in line with revenue, ROAS, CPA and wider trading targets.

• Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPM and revenue.

• Identify performance issues and take action across budgets, bidding, audiences, creative, placements and campaign structure.

• Translate trading priorities including new launches, new-in, best sellers, seasonal moments and promotions into effective paid media campaigns.

• Analyse product and category performance to identify opportunities to scale or reduce investment.

• Partner closely with E-commerce and Creative teams to align paid activity with commercial priorities.

• Work closely with Creative, Influencer and UGC teams to develop high-performing, platform-native paid creative.

• Analyse performance across creative concepts, hooks, formats, creators, messaging, products and offers.

• Own weekly and monthly paid media reporting.

• Clearly communicate performance, insights, challenges and recommended actions.

• Analyse data across advertising platforms, GA4, Shopify and blended business metrics.

About You:

• 3+ years' hands-on paid media experience, ideally within e-commerce.

• Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Experience across additional paid social channels, particularly TikTok and Pinterest.

• Proven experience managing multiple paid channels independently.

• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets against ROAS, CPA and revenue targets.
