Your new role

This property litigation solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of work. This will include forfeiture and possession claims, portfolio management disputes, dilapidations claims, easement disputes and rights of way/lights disputes. In addition, you will advise on restrictive covenants and development agreement disputes. The firm can provide access to a great mix of clients that work across multiple sectors.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a property litigation lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Partner level. With a good technical skill set, you should be a well rounded communicator who can forge excellent relationships with clients.
