Are you a driven Regional Sales Manager with experience selling into the foodservice sector? Do you enjoy developing new business whilst nurturing key customer relationships?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading distribution business supplying into the foodservice sector. With over two decades of sustained growth, the business has established itself as a trusted partner to thousands of foodservice operators across the UK.

The Role

This is a commercially focused role with an 80/20 split between business development and account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys identifying and securing new opportunities whilst maintaining strong relationships with an established customer base.

You'll be responsible for driving profitable growth across your territory by introducing new products, winning new customers and maximising opportunities within existing accounts.

While you'll inherit a well-established portfolio, the emphasis is on expanding market share and developing new customer relationships across a high-potential territory.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a field-based role and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.

You'll ideally have:

• A proven sales background within foodservice, hospitality or catering supplies
• Experience within food packaging, catering disposables or foodservice distribution
• Strong knowledge of the Midlands and Northern England marketplace
• A successful track record of winning new business while managing existing accounts
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
• The ability to manage a large geographical territory effectively and independently
