The Opportunity

If you're a Buyer who loves being close to the product and wants to have a real say in what lands on the rails, this could be a great opportunity.

Joining a growing womenswear brand at an exciting point in its journey, you'll play an important role in bringing the product vision to life. From spotting the next big trends and building commercial ranges to developing product and working with suppliers, you'll be involved across the buying process and have plenty of opportunity to make your mark.

The brand has a strong focus on fit, quality and flattering, wearable design, creating pieces that make women feel confident. You'll work closely with the founders and wider product team in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where ideas are encouraged and you can genuinely see the impact of your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of the womenswear buying strategy across key product categories

• Build trend-led, commercially strong and inclusive ranges that reflect the customer and brand

• Manage the buying process from trend research and range building through to product selection and launch

• Work closely with Design and Product teams on new collections and product development

• Review samples and provide feedback on product, colour, fabric, fit and overall commerciality

• Maintain a strong focus on fit, quality, fabrication and attention to detail

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers

• Negotiate costs, MOQs and lead times to achieve the best commercial outcomes

• Monitor sales and product performance, using data to inform future buying decisions

• Identify best sellers, underperformers and new product opportunities

• Collaborate closely with the founders and wider team, bringing ideas and commercial insight to the product direction

About You

• Previous experience working as a Buyer within womenswear fashion - ideally within activewear or athleisure

• A strong eye for trend, product and commercial opportunity

• Good understanding of fit, quality, fabrication and garment construction

• Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of sales, margin and product performance

• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers, ideally overseas

• Confident negotiation and strong relationship-building skills

• A hands-on approach and genuine passion for being close to the product

• A proactive, collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset

• Someone who enjoys working in a growing business where they can make a real impact
