Prison Officer - Behaviour Mentor - #2148479

Aspire are currently seeking a Prison Officer to work in a Primary with a SEND provision as a behaviour mentor to work in the SEND department of a large mainstream primary academy working with KS1 and KS2 students. Your responsibilities will include:-Working on a 1-1 basis with certain pupils.

* Working in small groups or in the class
* Supporting the main teacher
* Building good relationships with the pupils
* Managing students behaviour
* Positive reinforcement
* Engaging students to complete their work This is a full time role working from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm. If you are passionate about working with children or young people and have experience in this industry we want to hear from you. You need to be committed, a good communicator and willing to work with young people who have social, emotional and mental heath needs.
