Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fencer to join a busy social housing maintenance team, carrying out fencing works across occupied and void domestic properties.

Your new role
You will be responsible for completing a variety of fencing repairs, replacements and installations across a portfolio of social housing properties.Duties will include:

• Installing and replacing timber fencing
• Fitting fence panels, posts, rails and gravel boards
• Installing and repairing garden gates
• Removing damaged or existing fencing
• Digging out and setting new fence posts
• Concreting posts securely into position
• Completing general fencing repairs and maintenance
• Working within occupied and void social housing properties
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Fencer
• Experience working within social housing, domestic properties or property maintenance
• Good knowledge of timber fencing installation and repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload
• Good customer service skills when working around tenants
