HR Business Partner - #2148319
Robert Half
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a rapidly growing, private equity-backed professional services organisation operating across the UK.
The business has grown significantly through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, bringing together a number of specialist businesses and teams under one Group structure.
As the organisation enters its next phase of growth, there is a clear opportunity for HR to help shape the people infrastructure, leadership capability and culture needed to support continued expansion.
The OpportunityThis is a broad and commercially focused HRBP role within a business experiencing significant growth, integration and organisational change.
You will work closely with senior leaders and business heads, providing pragmatic and credible HR advice while helping to shape how the organisation develops its people, culture and ways of working.
Initially, you will provide HR Business Partnering support across the Northwest, working closely with local leadership and employees to understand the needs of different businesses and teams. As the HR operating model develops, the role is expected to evolve towards a broader, nationally focused and discipline-aligned HRBP structure.
The role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery across employee relations, organisational development, management capability, HR systems, processes and culture.
This is not a role focused simply on maintaining existing HR processes. It requires someone who can assess what is needed, bring structure to complexity, challenge constructively and help build an HR function fit for a growing and acquisitive organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders, business heads and managers, providing commercially focused and pragmatic HR advice.

Work with senior stakeholders to ensure the people agenda supports commercial priorities and continued growth.
You will be an experienced HR professional with strong HR Business Partnering and employee relations experience. You will be comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels and enjoy operating in an environment where things are evolving.
We are looking for someone who is:

Confident managing complex employee relations matters and challenging conversations.
Experienced in organisational change, integration or organisational development.

The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its development and play a meaningful role in shaping its people agenda.
