If you’re an experienced property professional looking to take ownership of agency and transactional work, this Agency Surveyor role offers the opportunity to advise clients across commercial and residential property while directly influencing value, transactions and new business.

You’ll have genuine client exposure, autonomy across transactions and the opportunity to broaden your commercial property advisory experience within a growing specialist practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on property disposals, acquisitions and leasing strategies.
• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Develop marketing strategies, provide market advice and identify opportunities to generate new instructions.
About You
• Experience advising on commercial and/or residential property transactions.
• Experience managing transactions through to completion, including Heads of Terms negotiation.
• Strong understanding of property markets, valuation drivers and landlord and tenant matters.
