• Organise, clean and maintain research data.
• Assist with surveys, questionnaires and customer feedback.
• Analyse findings using spreadsheets and basic research tools.
• Prepare reports, presentations and research summaries.
• Maintain accurate research records and source references.
• Support marketing and business-development projects.

Requirements

• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret information and present clear findings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• A qualification in marketing, business, economics or a related subject is desirable.
