About the Company
Our client is an established building and project consultancy providing professional advice across building surveying, project management and a broad range of property and construction services.

With a strong focus on delivering practical, commercially minded advice, the business works across a varied client portfolio and prides itself on a personal, client-focused approach. The Manchester team is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor who is keen to develop their skills, gain broad industry experience and build a long-term career within a growing consultancy.

The Role
Working as part of a close-knit Manchester team, you will gain hands-on experience across a varied portfolio of building surveying and project work.

Projects range from approximately £10,000 through to £1 million, giving you exposure to a broad range of work from smaller repair and maintenance projects through to larger refurbishment and capital works.

The role will provide the opportunity to work closely with clients, contractors and consultants while developing your technical knowledge and professional confidence. You will receive support and guidance from experienced members of the team, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

The majority of the work will be across the North West, with occasional travel to London and the rare overnight stay. The role is based from the Manchester office, with hybrid working available, although there is a preference for approximately three days per week in the office.
