Head of Creative

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head of Creative to lead our brand’s visual identity, content and creative strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining creative direction with video, content production, campaign planning and team development.

The Role

• Lead the overall creative and visual direction of the brand.
• Develop campaigns, product launches, seasonal content and collaborations.
• Oversee photography, video, graphic design and social content.
• Create and edit high-quality video and social assets.
• Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to develop performance-led creative.
• Manage creative timelines, resources and external suppliers.
• Lead, support and develop the in-house creative team.
• Ensure all content is consistently high quality and on-brand.

About You

• 9+ years’ experience in creative, design, video or art direction.
• Experience within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, luxury fashion or DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio across both premium brand campaigns and social/performance content.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Figma.
• Strong understanding of photography, video production, lighting and beauty content.
• Confident creative leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
