Tenant Liaison Officer – Field Based | Door-to-Door Canvassing & Customer Appointments | Greater Manchester

£30,000 per year | Full-time | Temp to permanent | Weekly pay | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Sharp Talent is representing Control Flow Technologies. We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Tenant Liaison Officer to visit residential properties across Greater Manchester on behalf of a major utilities company.

The role

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you’ll speak directly with residents, identify opportunities to improve water efficiency and arrange appointments for water-saving measures.

Your visits will include a mixture of pre-booked appointments and door-to-door engagement. Full product and role-specific training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

· Complete door-to-door visits and pre-booked appointments

· Build positive relationships with residents

· Explain available water-efficiency services clearly

· Identify potential water-saving opportunities

· Carry out simple household audits

· Book appointments for water-efficiency measures

· Record accurate information using a tablet

· Work towards individual and team targets

About Control Flow Technologies

Control Flow Technologies is a growing provider of specialist services within the utilities sector, working with major organisations to deliver practical solutions that help improve efficiency and reduce water usage. As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you'll join the Control Flow Technologies team and represent the company visiting customers in their homes, whilst working on a temporary contract through Sharp Talent.

The person

You’ll need to be:

· Confident, approachable and reliable

· Comfortable working outdoors and visiting residential properties

· Experienced in door-to-door sales, canvassing or a similar field-based role

· Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets

· Able to travel throughout Greater Manchester

· The holder of a full UK driving licence

· Able to use your own car for work

· Willing to complete a basic DBS check
