HR Manager - #2145655

Location: Manchester

Role:

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day HR function 
• Provide strong HR leadership and support to the Site Leadership Team and line managers.
• Manage all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management and investigations.
• Drive improvements in attendance, engagement, performance and retention.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the site.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Support training, development and succession planning across the site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or a similar operational environment.
• CIPD qualification
