OVERVIEW:
• Manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, working with a loyal and diverse client base.
• Advise on wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts including personal injury trusts, Court of Protection matters and estate planning.
• Provide clear, practical and tailored advice while maintaining a high standard of client care.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Private Client Fee Earners with 1+ years’ experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters is essential.
• Confident managing your own caseload with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, empathetic approach is important when supporting clients through sensitive matters.
• Opportunity to contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
