If you’re an experienced Administration Manager with a background in Financial Services, this Manchester-based role offers genuine influence over operational performance, customer outcomes and team delivery.
You’ll lead a growing Administration and Client Support function within a purpose-driven financial advice business, with scope to improve processes, manage capacity and shape how the operation develops.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £40,000–£50,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonus.
• Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm, office-based.
• 25 days’ annual leave.
• Private medical healthcare, death-in-service benefit and 8% employer pension contribution.
• EMI Share Option Scheme.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Administration and Client Support teams, managing workloads, capacity and resource.
• Drive performance against KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality and customer-response measures.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and capacity challenges, working with senior leadership on solutions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development and continued improvement of the administration function.
About You
• Proven experience managing an administration, operations, customer support or back-office team within Financial Services.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, process-led and KPI-driven environment.
• Experience managing SLAs, workloads, backlogs, productivity, quality and capacity.
