Maintenance Joiner 

Chetham’s School of Music is seeking a Maintenance Joiner with some workshop experience to join our Maintenance team to deliver an efficient and high-quality reactive and planned maintenance service to Chetham’s. 

The job 

The role is nominally 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday – with the occasional weekend and emergency works as overtime. 

Hours to be arranged in consultation with the Deputy Estates Manager, with appropriate notice given. 

In return 

• Starting pay of Scale Point 22, £33,355.70 per annum. 
• 20 days annual leave per year, plus Bank Holidays.
