Technical Business Analyst - Manchester (Hybrid) - Up to £60,000

We're working with a sector-leading organisation that is delivering some of the UK's most complex AI, data and technology transformation programmes. They're looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their growing AI & Data practice, helping bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams across enterprise-scale data and analytics initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys translating business requirements into technical solutions while influencing how organisations leverage data, analytics and emerging AI capabilities.

The Role:

• Translating business needs into user stories, technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Working closely with architects and developers to shape scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
• Producing key documentation including process maps, technical specifications, data models and interface definitions.
• Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Analysing data flows, integrations and system interactions across enterprise environments.
• Contributing to data governance, reporting and AI adoption frameworks.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation experience.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows and enterprise applications.
• Exposure to data analytics, reporting platforms and AI technologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience with tools such as SQL, Jira and Confluence.
