Business Development Manager  Northwest – Field Based
£33,500 basic | £45,000–£65,000 realistic year-one earnings | Uncapped commission

We’re working with a fast-growing business providing furnishing solutions to property investors and landlords. This is a newly created role with responsibility for developing a network of estate agents, lettings agents and property developers across the Northwest. You’ll target new partners, meet with branch managers and directors, secure referral relationships and then keep those accounts producing.

This is a genuine new-business role. You’ll be out meeting prospects, opening doors and developing a region rather than sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.

You don’t need property experience. The client is open to candidates from any B2B sales background who can demonstrate that they know how to win new business and build long-term commercial relationships. Experience within estate agency, lettings, new homes or the wider property market would be useful, but it’s a nice-to-have rather than essential.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven B2B sales or business development experience
• Is confident generating leads and approaching new prospects
• Can build relationships that continue producing beyond the initial meeting
• Is comfortable managing a territory, pipeline and revenue forecast
• Enjoys working autonomously without needing daily management
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
• Is based in the North West and happy travelling four days per week

The package:

• Circa £33k basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic year-one earnings of £45,000–£65,000
• Potential earnings of £70,000+
• Generous mileage allowance
• Salary and commission review after three months
• Four days field-based across the Northwest
• One day per week WFH
