HGV Driver - Level D (Air Cargo) - #2142715

Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing night shift air cargo work based in Manchester - delivering to airports across the region with no nights out required.

Our client operates a busy air cargo logistics operation, offering consistent night shift work with competitive pay rates and a clear pathway for drivers looking to obtain their Level D security clearance.

What's on offer?

• Ongoing position - no nights out
• 5 shifts per week, Monday to Sunday
• Start times between 7pm and 10pm
• Paid weekly at the following rates:
  • £18.50 per hour for drivers requiring a Level D security course
  • £20.00 to £25.00 per hour for drivers with existing Level D clearance

Please note: All loads are security tagged and sealed at site - drivers have no contact with the cargo at any point.

To be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
• A Level D security clearance or willingness to obtain one
