The role focuses on leading project and professional building surveying instructions, managing client relationships and supporting junior surveyors within an established independent consultancy.

Responsibilities

Lead professional and project building surveying commissions
Manage client relationships and identify additional work opportunities
Prepare technical reports and provide independent professional advice
Deliver commissions to agreed quality, programme and budget
Mentor junior surveyors and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
MRICS or equivalent preferred
Consultancy building surveying experience
Experience delivering professional and project surveying services
Strong commercial property knowledge with client management experience

Salary & Package

£60,000–£75,000 basic salary
£4,391 car allowance
