Our Client, a Greater Manchester council is seeking a Team Manager to join their Early Support Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Lead and manage an Adult Early Support Team, ensuring high-quality, strengths-based social work practice.
• Oversee referrals, assessments, support planning, and reviews to ensure timely and effective interventions.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and performance management to social workers and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with the Care Act, safeguarding procedures, the Mental Capacity Act, and other relevant legislation.
• Manage complex cases and provide oversight of safeguarding enquiries and risk management decisions.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with health, housing, voluntary sector, and community organisations.
• Monitor team performance, quality standards, and service outcomes, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
