As a Real Estate Associate in Manchester, you'll play a key role in supporting clients with complex property transactions and legal advice.

You will be joining an international law firm in Manchester. As a Real Estate Associate you will be part of our client's highly experienced Real Estate group regularly deal with multi-million pound transactions and acting for some of the largest property owners and developers in the country.

The Real Estate team in Manchester have been rated as tier 1 in the Legal 500.

Description

As a Real Estate Associate your duties will include advising on all aspects of Real Estate business including major retail, mixed use and office developments, property financing and commercial landlord and tenant matters and, portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Other duties are listed below.

• Draft and review property-related legal documentation, including leases, contracts and agreements.
• Advise clients on real estate transactions, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Provide guidance on landlord and tenant matters.
• Assist with due diligence processes for property deals.
• Collaborate with other departments on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in real estate matters.
• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Support senior colleagues in business development initiatives.

Profile

A successful Real Estate Associate should have between 1-3 PQE from national or international firm. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £76,000, dependent on the level of experience.
