Appointment-Taking IVA Insolvency Practitioner – Shape the Next Chapter
Some Insolvency Practitioner roles are defined by a rigid location, fixed hours and an established way of doing things. This opportunity is different.
A leading company within the volume IVA sector is looking for an experienced appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner who can bring technical authority, professional judgment and practical insight to its operation.
Whether you are looking for a full-time career move or a part-time senior appointment, the company is willing to consider a structure that works for both parties. You may be based in the office, work remotely or divide your time through a hybrid arrangement.
The Position
You will take responsibility for IVA appointments within a high-volume environment, ensuring that professional, statutory and regulatory obligations are met throughout the life of each arrangement.
Alongside your formal responsibilities, you will act as a source of technical leadership across the business. You will help colleagues resolve complex issues, identify risk and maintain the standards expected of a leading IVA provider.
Your work will involve:
- Taking appointments across a volume IVA portfolio
- Exercising independent professional judgment
- Reviewing complex, sensitive and higher-risk matters
- Providing clear technical guidance to operational teams
- Supporting compliance, quality assurance and risk-management activity
- Ensuring adherence to applicable legislation and professional standards
- Contributing to improvements in systems, processes and case controls
- Monitoring case progression and overall portfolio quality
- Working collaboratively with the company’s leadership team
Your Background
You will be a qualified and licensed Insolvency Practitioner with proven IVA appointment-taking experience. A strong background within a volume IVA provider is essential.
You should understand how to operate effectively in a fast-paced business without compromising professional standards or customer outcomes. The ability to make reasoned decisions, communicate clearly and provide calm leadership will be particularly important.
The Next Step
For an experienced practitioner, this is an opportunity to join a leading company in a flexible, influential position. The organisation is open to conversations with candidates seeking full-time or part-time hours and can accommodate office-based, remote or hybrid working.
Imperium Financial Recruitment is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
