Guildmore Midlands & North is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects across design, commercial and production.
  • Manage subcontractors, site teams, resources and project programmes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, quality and environmental requirements.
  • Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, costs, variations and commercial performance.
  • Maintain project programmes, reports, risk registers and site records.
  • Drive quality standards and ensure compliance with the Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans.
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost savings and improved delivery.
  • Lead coordination meetings and ensure project objectives are achieved.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience in cladding remediation and residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial management.
  • Experience with high-rise and RC frame projects preferred.
  • SMSTS and First Aid qualifications required.
  • Construction-related degree preferred.
