HR Advisor
Manchester
Up to £32,990 per annum
Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) | Full-Time
As an HR Advisor, you'll provide operational HR support, advice and guidance to managers across the business, managing a variety of employee relations cases and organisational change projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy HR team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across a diverse organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising managers on employment law, HR policies and employee relations matters.
- Supporting restructures, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE processes.
- Coaching managers on performance, absence management, capability and conflict resolution.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Maintaining HR records and producing reports.
- Identifying risks and providing practical HR solutions.
About You
To be successful, you'll ideally:
- Be CIPD qualified, working towards qualification, or possess equivalent experience.
- Have at least 3 years' recent experience within a broad HR Advisor or generalist role.
- Have up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Be confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities.
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
