Multi Site Building Manager - 3m FTC - #2138575

Catch 22 are supporting a leading property management company in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied role covering a Building Manager vacancy while also supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Greater Manchester. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day FM operations, contractor management, compliance and occupier relationships across multiple sites. The client has advised that the role will cover various temporary Building Manager positions and provide support across other vacancies within the portfolio. An IOSH qualification and must have driving licence with access to own car are requirements.

• Supporting multiple commercial properties across Greater Manchester
• Managing contractors and service delivery
• Ensuring health & safety and statutory compliance
• Building strong occupier and stakeholder relationships
• Conducting site inspections and resolving operational issues
• Providing cover and support across a range of Building Manager sites

• Facilities, Building or Property Management experience
• IOSH qualified
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel between sites
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
• Available at short notice or immediately

• Approx. £40,000 - £45,000 salary (dependent on experience)
• 3-month fixed-term contract
