An independent, employee-owned building surveying and project management consultancy are looking to appoint an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team.

The Chartered Building Surveyors Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will join an established consultancy that delivers specialist Building Surveying and Project Management services across a broad range of sectors throughout the UK.

As part of the Manchester team, you'll have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio while developing strong, long-term client relationships.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll be encouraged to work towards a Senior-level position, with the opportunity to gain further exposure across both professional services and project-related work. You'll also begin taking on greater responsibility, including supporting junior team members and managing client relationships directly.

The consultancy is employee-owned and places genuine emphasis on their people, making this an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor who wants to join a business where they can have a real influence.

The Chartered Building Surveyors Requirements

• A degree in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• Strong consultancy background
• Both professional & project experience
• Proactive, personable and client-focused
• Confident managing client relationships independently
