We are recruiting for a Graduate Administrator on behalf of a growing financial services business. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career within financial services. Joining an established operations team, you will gain valuable experience in pension transfers, client administration, and regulated financial processes. Package & Benefits for the Graduate Administrator:
• Salary of £30,000 per annum.
• Monthly performance bonus of approximately £100 to £150.

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Administrator:
• Supporting pension transfer cases from instruction through to completion, ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinating client onboarding activities, preparing paperwork, obtaining electronic signatures, and maintaining accurate case records.
• Liaising with pension providers, clients, advisers, and internal teams to ensure cases progress smoothly.
• Managing your own portfolio of cases while providing support to the wider client services and operations teams.
• Developing knowledge of financial services processes, systems, and regulatory requirements through structured training.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
