WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING?

Recruitment is part sales, part networking and part matchmaking.

You'll spend your days:

Speaking to candidates and finding out what they want from their next move

Hunting down great digital marketing talent on LinkedIn and other platforms

Building relationships with agencies, brands and hiring managers

Learning the digital marketing industry inside out

Matching great candidates with the right opportunities

Managing interviews, feedback and job offers

Developing new client relationships

Building your own network and, eventually, your own recruitment desk

You'll be on the phone, on LinkedIn, meeting people and constantly building relationships.

This isn't an admin job.

It's a commercial role where the more you put into it, the more you can get out of it.
